Rhys Broom started KNOX to build a property legacy.

Rhys has always held an interest in property development and architecture and in starting KNOX Group in 2015, he has been able to build the company from the ground up into the successful company it is today.

As Director, Rhys has brought KNOX Group into the world of the high-end luxury property market, spearheading the development of several multi-million-dollar properties in the Cronulla area.

Rhys’ personal ties to Cronulla as well as his extensive property industry connections are highly sought after and respected by his clients and he will continue to work to deliver the best outcome for every property development project.

Josh Crealy has worked in the property sector his entire career specialising in development site acquisitions and project marketing which have led him to his role as Director at KNOX.

Prior to KNOX, Josh spent 10 years working at Highland Property Group as a Partner of the Commercial & Project Marketing business, where he was awarded commercial real estate agent of the year for NSW by REINSW and was nominated for many other awards.

Josh’s move into property development at KNOX was a natural transition. His role focuses on the management of the entire development process including site acquisition, planning, funding and construction.

Josh has a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney.
